The Loft is an intimate, flexible space with retractable tiered seating for 100 guests. It's an ideal venue for film and TV shoots, live theatre or dance performances and experimental performance workshops.

Free Parking
The Creative Industries Precinct and most surrounding streets fall within the Brisbane Central Traffic Area. In the Brisbane Central Traffic Area you can park for a maximum of two hours on unsigned streets unless there are parking meters or signs showing otherwise. The two hour limit applies at these times: Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, Saturday 7am to 12 midday.
Paid Parking
A QUT Pay and Display car park is located at the corner of Musk Avenue and Gona Parade, costing $4 for all-day parking. The ticket machines only accept coins. Pay and Display parking is also available in the streets immediately surrounding the Creative Industries Precinct, with the cost of parking ranging between $1.50/hour to $8.00/day. The amount of time you are allowed to park in these zones varies substantially (zones include 1P, 4P, 9P).
